Amendments to the Plan Rules of various PRUInvest Funds

Dear Valued Clients,

As part of our continued efforts to provide you with innovative wealth solutions, please be informed of the following amendments to the PRUInvest Funds effective May 2, 2023:

1. As required by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, balanced funds are now referred to as multi-asset asset funds to reflect the flexible asset allocation strategy of the funds. As such, the following multi-asset funds have been renamed:

There will be no changes in the investment objective, strategy, and risk profile of the target investors of the above-mentioned funds.

2. To provide you convenience in your subscription and redemption requirements, we have lowered the minimum subsequent participation and redemption amount of our PRUInvest Funds as follows:

The amendments to the PRUInvest Funds were approved by the Pru Life UK Asset Management and Trust Corporation Board of directors on its meeting held last March 16, 2023.
