Do I need to log-in separately to access Wealth@Pulse?

For first time users of Wealth@Pulse, you will be asked to provide your details, to link your UITF account in PULSE and to recommend products suited for your profile.

What is 360 view?

360 View is a dashboard that provides a single view of your UITF accounts with Pru Life UK investments.

What products can I link in the 360 view?

Only UITF products of Pru Life UK Investments can be linked in the 360 view.

Do I need a UITF account to be able to access Wealth@Pulse?

No. For non-UITF clients, you may still expore and use other features of Wealth@Pulse.

I can't link my UITF account in Wealth@Pulse.

One of your details (First Name, Last Name, Birthday, ID Type) may not match your records with Pru Life UK Investments. Contact your Certified Investment Advisor or email Feedback.PRUInvestments@prulifeuk.com.ph.

How is my UITF account value displayed in My Assets feature of Wealth@Pulse?

The values displayed in My Assets are rounded off based on the number of outstanding units and published Net Asset Value per Unit (NAVPU) for the day (current day minus 2 business days or T-2) of your investments in PRUInvest Funds.

Example:

Date of access in My Assets is October 5, 2021 (Friday).

Value displayed is as of October 3, 2021 (Wednesday).

What transaction details can I view in Wealth@Pulse?

Transaction details are not available in Wealth@Pulse. You may only view the market value of your investments in PRUInvest Funds in Wealth@Pulse.

I invested in a new PRUInvest Fund, do I need to enroll this in 360 view?

No. This will be automatically updated 2 business days after the booking* of your investment.

*Booking refers to the trade date

I made a new subscription/redemption in my PRUInvest Fund, will this reflect in My Assets?

Yes. This will be automatically updated 2 business days after the booking* of your investment.

*Booking refers to the trade date

Can I make subscription or redemption orders in Wealth@Pulse?

No. Only viewing of your UITF accounts is available in Wealth@Pulse.

Can I update my profile in Wealth@Pulse?

Details updated in Wealth@Pulse is separate from your records with Pru Life UK Investments. Should you wish to update your information, you may contact your Certified Investment Advisor or email Feedback.PRUInvestments@prulifeuk.com.ph.
